For anger management classes:
$35 per class hour after a registration fee ($65) and book purchase ($30). Classes are not covered by insurance.
Dr. Tony Fiore is a California licensed psychologist (Lic Number PSY6670), trained marriage therapist, coach, anger management expert, and author. He has worked with hundreds of couples and individuals in his clinical practice and has taught nearly 1000 anger management classes in southern California since 2002. With a partner, he had co-authored several widely-used books on anger management based on a model of anger management which is now taught to hundreds of other professionals across the country.
My approach toward both individual and marital problems is practical, short-term and problem-solving oriented. I believe in finding the positive and building upon in rather than focusing on the negatives and dwelling on the past. I believe therapy involves not only talking about it, but also working together to do something about it to improve your life, your marriage, or your moods. Each session is structured so that we can measure therapeutic progress. If what we are doing is not working, we will try something else. I often assign “homework” (such as reading a book or article relevant to your issue) between sessions to facilitate progress and encourage skill-building.
